September always feels like another fresh start in the year to me.
It reminds me of that kid feeling every year a new school year would begin.
Maybe you buy a few new clothing items.
Perhaps some new books or a journal.
You might sign up for a course of some type.
It could even be trying out a new workout routine.
I’ve been experiencing a desire to create some new ways of doing things. That shifting-gears energy when summer turns to fall seems to be calling me to try something different.
Do you feel that desire at this time of year?
What new routines or activities are you drawn to engage in this fall?
I’m feeling like I want to help more people find relief from their emotional and physical pain by sharing the power of tapping.
It occurred to me that it might be fun to create more videos, since a lot of people enjoy tapping along with a practitioner.
My new try-something-different thing for the fall includes filming more tapping videos to share!
Since I really want to support you in anything you may be going through, I do have a request.
